 I was putting on my T-shirt and got some sudden pain into my upper back .

 I have been into car accident, got concussion and whiplash. So since that time I have neck and shoulders pain and can not really turn my head.  

 I was putting on my dress this morning, suddenly felt some painful twist and started to feel pain everytime I am trying to take a deep breath.  

 I woke up this morning in terrible pain in my back, I could not even get out of my bed.  

 I got injured at my work, I got whiplash and low back pain. On top of that constant migraines. 

 I was running drunk, tripped and injured my shoulder many years ago and since that time my shoulder is in pain.  I got checked multiple times and nothing was found. They do not even think my pain is real. 

 I got into car crash and hurt my wrist. Now I can not play my favourite  musical instruments and I can not do climbing.  

  I am a painter, I do the same thing all day every day. Recently I started to feel deep pain in my shoulder and can not really work.

  I work for moving company. I moved here to rise some money, but since I started to have this pain I can not really take any job I was offered. 

 I have mysterious dizziness everytime I check my phone and light sensitivity. I got checked by my neurologist multiple times and tried many things to feel better, but nothing was found and nothing helped so far.  

 I was exercising in gym, I lifted up some weights and my lower back got so stiff, I can neither bend over nor extend my back now. This is really weird because it was not my first time working with the same amount of weight.   

Last night  someone pushed me into my shoulder in the bar and now I feel pain and can not really move my arm without pain. I went to ER got checked, they said nothing was broken or dislocated, gave me some pain relief meds which did not really help.
